Right now I feel really bad about my body. I shouldnt say all of it, but my stomach is really big and i cant seem to lose that fat. if theres anyway that i could lose that fat around my midsection/love handle area then i'd really appreciate the advice. Also if anyone knows of a website for excercizes then I'd love to hear about it.

HypnotizexMe answered Thursday November 16 2006, 7:32 pm: Seventeen.com sometimes has some excersize advice.and do leg lifts from the side and the front. first 20 on each leg and gradually make the numbers larger. that helps with legs. for stomach, sit ups work. but i try it and i get too tired after a while. believe it or not, walking actually helps because its easy, doesnt make u tired, and helps you. 15 min of walking, or 30 minutes of walking can make a difference. just excersize isnt gonna help you lsoe weight though. Its hard to cut down the food. try to eat fruits, thats what i do. apples have low calories. theyre about 70-80. Tofu is low calorie too adn it makes you full.and try to eat more in the morning than at night because at night, when you go to sleep, all the food stays within your body because you dont move.
