okay. i'm 15/ 5'4 and 163lbs. yeah. i'm overweight. and i hate it. i try to diet..but i always find myself wanting more food..and i give into it way to easy. i hate myself for being fat..and i would do ANYTHING to be skinny.. does anyone have advice on how to gain self-control? or diet pills that will kill cravings?
i'm desperate to loose weight.

But dont take it too far cos I ended up 2 and a half stone underweight :O

Your thinking about it too much ..which is stressing you out...and stress leads too food lol
So place your mind onto other things..
Is there an after school club you can go to?
Or a game you can play..?
Keep your mind occupied...And you dont eat food so much.
For example..
Today its 23:09pnm..In total I have eaten A pizza..Cos I have been on the computer and tidying my room ^^
