Im 5'3 115. okay. i know 5'3 115 i guess isnt considered fat. but i dont know. my stomach has some fat. its not the weight thats really worrying me. its just that my thigh is like big. and my stomach has some fat. does anyone habve any ideas to cut some fat off the stomach and trim some off the thigh>?

ooh, this is something i know. the best way to cut off some poundage off the thighs is to run. running works the thighs and calfs out, i also recomned you buy the latest cosmogirl magazine, i order it and it has great workouts that help you work different parts of your body.
and you should do crunches and situps for less stomach fat, you also get abs..
