ringerb9178 answered Monday November 20 2006, 10:31 pm: HI,
When you 1st start your cycle it is going to be off for the 1st month or so and even then unless you are on birth control it will always be off a few days here or there. I would mention to your mother that you haven't gotten it yet. When I first got my period which ways 16 yrs ago i kept a callendar and put an x in the day started and the day I ended my period to try and keep track. Unless u have had sex there isnt any cause for alarm here. If it keeps happening you should talk to your mom. [ ringerb9178's advice column | Ask ringerb9178 A Question ]

well you don't need to be too worried cuz it's normal for that. i got mine 2 times then didn't for 8 months. everyone is different and it will take a while for your body to get used to the changes. mine still isn't and it's been bout 4 years. anywayz if you still are worried bout it then yes go have it checked out. maybe if you tell your mum she can help you out a lil' cuz she's probably gone thru the same thing. okay take care and i hope you get a lil' comfort.

Neuronautas answered Monday November 20 2006, 9:39 pm: Nah, there is nothing to worry about. The same thing happened to me when I was 12... Also got it in August, and then it came back in December.. It's normal.. and you may have irregular periods for a while. Don't worry, the once a month thing will eventualy kick in.. Enjoy it while you still DON'T have it! :-) haha [ Neuronautas's advice column | Ask Neuronautas A Question ]
t0xicParadiSe answered Monday November 20 2006, 9:30 pm: If you haven't had sexual intercourse then you shouldn't be worried. Most likely your period is still irregular so it's normal for it to skip months. If you still don't get it by December, then you should tell your mom so she can take you to the gynochologist to be on the safe side.
tinkerbelle92 answered Monday November 20 2006, 9:28 pm: Its ok, If it was your very first period, then you're perfectly fine. Periods are always irregular for the first couple of years, and you never know for sure when you'll get them. I have a friend who got her first period in June, and just got her second one this last month, and she's perfectly fine. Trust me on this one. So just make sure you have a pad/tampon with you at all times, in case it comes again and you'll be perfectly fine. For a while, when you're irregular, i reccomend you use pantiliners, then if you get your period when you dont expect it, it won't all go in your undies. Good luck! I hope i helped!
