15/m
i've been running 3 miles a day for about 3 months now. but now that its over ive gone down to 1 mile a day, to give my body a rest. so now i have all this energy, but my face has always remained...chubby? and i dont find it attractive, also i'm 50 german 50 italian, so it deffinitely cannot be genetics. So any way to define my face more?
but if you are concerned, youre trainer is right, it should thin out by the time youre 20 at the most.
you could try clenching your jaw. this builds muscle in your cheeks, but it MIGHT make them look muscular.
Germans are know to have chubby faces. accept your heritage and be proud. you dont wanna look like youre some anorexic person. chubbiness in your face makes you look really cute, nice, and lovable.

I`ve asked and tryed so many things, but my doctor said it just goes away by itself , or either you`re stuck with it. I think it`s a european thing though. Cuz i`m Bosnian & I was born in Germany, So hmm Idk but really it`ll go away by its self. Just be patient! Good Luck ♥ :]] Hope I helped [ xo_minela's advice column | Ask xo_minela A Question ]

Some people have naturally big, puffy cheeks and theres nothing they can do about it. If you put a soft semi-light skin color/pink blush on her cheeck bones ever so lightly it will define your face more. [ ImFakingHotPink's advice column | Ask ImFakingHotPink A Question ]
