This really depends on what sort of exercise you're talking about. You should walk approximately 20,000 steps every day so it could be considered exercise if you make an effort to do this. However, if you're talking about muscle toning exercise or anything where the muscles need to be made stronger, you should only do such exercise 3-4 times a week so that the muscles have an opportunity to repair themselves.

Personally, I would recommend that if you vary your exercise, you should start off slowly, doing exercise maybe 3 times a week and then build up. There's nothing wrong with doing cardiovascular every day, as long as you don't overdo it but you have to know when to stop. If you're aching, give your muscles a chance to recover before you exercise again.

That would be excellent. Make sure to include some cardiovascular activity [running, treadmill, bicycle etc.] and make sure to end your workout before 5:30 so you can get some sleep. It's best to start and end your workout routine with cardio, more in the beginning, and about ten minutes at the end. You can eat whatever you want and exercise 4-5 days a week and you should be in tip top shape. Hope I helped! -Angel

Hey. Um, yeah, you could exercise 4-5 days a week and still lose weight. However, If you eat like Mcdonalds or wendys alot, you want to cut down on it just a tiny bit. Hope I helped! ♥Kathleen

you dont have to excerize every single dayy. well it actually depenends on people. But i think your routine is good because its really close to mine .But dont overeat because no matter how much you excersize, if u overeat, then you will gain weight. The besy way is eating 3 meals but eating more in the morning than at night. night is the time you sleep, and if u eat a lot, all the fat will be stored in your body when your sleeping. and thats bad because you arenty moving around. your routines good :] Good LuCk!

Well, healthy-wise it's good to excerise everyday. Walking, jogging, running... things like that.

I'll give you a tip -- you really can eat what you want and maintain a healthy weight. Just eat small portions, and that's all you have to do. With the excerise, of course.
