I want to be like hilary or linsday... I want to lose some weight and go down to Hilary and Lindsay's weight because I am not comfortable with my body.. does anyone know how i can do this?

just try eating a healthy meal for every meal instead of skipping some. You want my real advice? never be someone you not, even if it tempts you, you should always be your own person ]
It's good you want to lose weight.
It is however very bad that you want to look like Hilary Duff or Lindsay Lohan. yuck. ]
I wanted to be like them too, and that's why started my anorexia. I go threw stages of it all the time. Now I'm not saying Hillary or Lindsay are anorexic because nobody knows what goes on in there lifes but you don't want to be like Lindsay. Her weight is up and down and very unhealthy. I read in a magazine that Hillary does pilates to stay in shape. Just count calories and restrict how much you eat and do at least 30 minutes of exercise because that's when you're body starts to burn fat. ]
Sure you can be their weight if you are like 8 years old. You dont want to be their weight. THeri weight is unhealthy. They are anorexic. They are a bad influence on kids, because no one should want to be that skinny. You can lose a few pounds by going on a HEALTHY diet, not starvation or carsh diets. Eat carbs in the mornin, fruits and veggies in the noon, and protein in the nite, and have fruits and veggies for snacks. Excersize for about 30 minutes with a 5 or 10 minute strectch then, you should shed a few pounds. But if you want to be sick, and be scarily skinny, having your family worried about your weight, and you being as fragile as a leaf in a hurricane, then dont come to me for advice. Cuz no one should be that thin. :) Good luck! ]
Trust me! you don't want to be as thin as Hilary or Lindsay! If you got this skinny, people would worry that you were anorexic! You can still be skinny without being that thin. Try going on a healthy diet, like eating alot of fruits and vegetables and drinking a lot of water and low fat food. If you still want to be closer to their size, you could try going to a workout gym a couple days a week and get a trainer to help you. ]
Their method: Anorexia.
I'm not suggesting you try this, blah blah blah.
I'm sure you don't want to hear that whole speech, I'm sure you're quite aware of the side-effects.

Diet and Exercise.
No, not the South Beach Diet.
Yes, the fruits, veggies, water, and lean meat diet. Don't go all carb consious. Eat foods in small portions, healthy foods at that. Fruits are great to curb cravings.
Get active for atleast an hour a day to help burn fat [Cardio] to tone the muscles, weightlifting and crunches can be a big help.
Don't overdo it.
Many of us are body-consious
and serious risks are taken.
Just becareful.
