for some reason there are days where i wanna sleep all day. i could have slept all threw the night and at school and when i get home i want to pass right out. i dont really do any thing thats strenious like sports, so i dont kno why im always tired.
whats rong wiht me ?

If you are sleeping through the night without any obvious problems and then tired all the next day, it could be a vitamin or mineral deficiency, it could be sleep apnoea, it could be that you suffer from something like Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Unfortunately, these are only some suggestions and really, you do need to speak to your doctor. Have a word with your parents about it, let them know what is going on and ask if they can take you to see someone about it. You just might not be eating enough healthy foods like fruits and vegetables, so you could try to eat more of that and see if you are more energetic. Also, you could buy vitamins for energy.
