Hey yeah i think thats good enough... and another excellent exercise to do is swimming... join your local YMCA club there and go swimming trust me its a great work out and its easy... im 16 years old and iam soo unconcience about my weight and swimming helps me lose alot of weight and it keeps me in shape... Theres also a boy on my team that just got otu of a knee enjory to and his therapist dude said it was very good exercise for his knee so i think i would try that... hope i helped... ]
Dear Running
I really love kickboxing. I also took Karate. These are two really great sports that work out your entire body. Plus if you get into the right type of martial arts it will also promote a healthy mind- body- and spirit.
Also- if you just had an ankle injury i might would try another form of exercise than running. I fear that running would only add insult to that injury. please make sure to always protect your ankle until it completely heals!

in all the health stuff it says that your supposed to get somewhere around a half an hour to an hour (i think) of execise a day, so 15-20 minutes of running is making it almost there. and since it sounds like you do a lot of other things that burn calories anyways, such as situps and the stationary bike, you probably wont gain much or any weight. as long as a person keeps up regular execise, their weight stays on an average. xoxo helpachick ]
