okay some of my friends say that actually "starving" yourself helps lose weight. is this true? I know its extremly unhealthy & I personally wouldnt do that to myslef. Im just curious =) thanks!

skinny for summer.

i really want to be skinny for summer.
i`m 13 years old and i weigh like 125.
5'0 ft.
i want to weigh around 110, or less by summer.

don't tell me i dont have to weigh that much, i know, but i want to, i want to be skinny and have a nice body.

i need exercize ideas like if i run everyday do you think i could lose weight.
things like that.
and how can i tone my legs [inner thigs] and my arms, i dont want muscely or anything just thin and lean.

Shrinking your stomach size

Okay, I have a sweet 16 this Sunday and I need help getting rid of my hips. Please don't tell me that I should be happy with my body because nobody is and I just wish that my stomach and hips could be smaller. Is there any way I can excersise without machines to shrink my hips in about 3 days?

okay so heres the deal i want to have a six pack as soon as possible and i wanna have a hot body...i am 13 i wiegh 133 and im 5"4...i just wanna wiegh 115 as soon as possible too but i dont know how or what to do. i mean i have tried excercising n eating right but i see no improvement...also im so tired of seeing my love handles sticking out and having big thighs ugghhhh i hate it!!! i just wanna lose wieght and look hot for the boys and for myself because i always feel self confident everywhere i go! please help me give me tips and stuff k thnx bye

k, so i'm going to the mall this week, with a BUNCH of guys. & I know were gonna eat there, because they said we would. for like dinner, & i'm not entirely sure on what to get.. I usually go to that steak potato or whatever the heck its called, lol I know i'm off, but oh well. Anyways, & i just get a smallthing of fries. But, i heard that makes your stomach get bigger?! like.. how quick does that happen.. what else could I get at the mall?thats like small.. I don't want to look fat.. but I don't wanna look anerexic. [I used to get teased all the time that I was] I just actually, don't really like to eat alot. So, what should I do?!

Losing Pounds.

Height: 5'8-5'9
Current Weight: 200 lbs.

I need to go on a diet. Simply out of question, it's something I chose and I must go on a diet. I'm looking to get down to 160 lbs at the minimum. I've tried Wight Watchers and the most I lost was 10 lbs but then I stopped because I couldn't handle the temptation. How can I get down to a flat stomache? I can't resist that well. How long will it take?

i know it's hard to make your hips smaller, but how do you make your waist smaller in general with exercising? (i already try & eat really healthy). what types of exercises help make your waist smaller WITHOUT adding muscle? basically i don't want to gain any muscle, i just want smaller hips/waist. aslo, how do you get smaller arms without adding muscle?

I am an active girl. I run and weightlift every other day for school. Since then I lost alot of weight, that has turned to muscle. It would look so much better if I was a little thicker. I like thick thighs and thick waists.

Does anyone know a good way to gain weight in those regions without stopping my routine?

Im a 14 year old girl and im 147lbs and about 5'0 nd im trying to lose around 20lbs before febuary 20th because im going to florida and i want to look decent in a bathing suit so i dont feel self-concious.any suggestions on how i can do it? right now im running on my tredmill a mile a day and trying to watch what i eat but i dont see any results.any ideas?

Right now I have the motivation and strength to lose weight. I have the will power...and that's the important part...but the problem is my meals.
I am from a home that eats rice for lunch...and has bread at breakfast and dinnner. I want to lose weight...and so does my mum. We've decicded to make vegetables and meat...not too mch rice...maybe once or twice a week!
I also have a busy school schedule! I go to school at 7:30am and reach bac at 3:00pm. I sometimes have tons of homework and after school activities, etc!

MY question is how many meals a day should I eaT? What type of fruits to eat? What is the best suitable meal for breakfast and dinner? And does the shredded wheats eat 2 lose 10 plan work?

im not fat. but i want to lose some weight and get a flatter stomach. i do crunches and things like that dont worry. but i have a question. wen i lose some weight on my stomach and get some abs my ribs sort of stick out. i dont know why tho.its not like i look anorexic or anything just wen i finally get the blubber off my stomach u can see my ribs. why?

Weight Help and what is healthy?

I'm not the 'thinest' person in the world. I'm just not feeling 'ok' around everyone. Sometimes I think people think i'm retarded. There seems to be this line - you either skinny or fat. Sometimes it stops me from going up to people and talking to them (mainly guys.) I don't een feel alright just wearing a T-shirt (I wear a hoodie everyday.) I know I probably will neer be to there standers of 'skinny', but I would like to be a least be healthy. Some people are lucky enought to get fast sistems (I don't know how to spell the acally word) and it makes some people well to put it nicly 'jurks'. Any tips on getting in shape? Is drinking alot of milk bad? Whats good to eat and anone know any god sites for exercises?

also, im a bit lazy. but i want to start excersising and toning my arms, stomach, and thighs. does anyone know of any specific workouts or specific excersise plans that i can try at home
