Diet pills are like steroids in one way- they're reserved for the pros and should only be taken by someone with serious knowledge, A LOT of hard work and time under the bar. Stay away from them- they're not for you.

None of them work, honestly. They'll only work if you stop eating alltogether and work out constantly.

They make you dizzy, shakey, and sick to your stomach, not worth it. If you're not taking your health into consideration, Slimfast shakes work, but the weight comes back quickly.

None of them work. As a matter of fact several got in trouble just this week for their false advertising of weight loss. :)
