Weight Help and what is healthy?

I'm not the 'thinest' person in the world. I'm just not feeling 'ok' around everyone. Sometimes I think people think i'm retarded. There seems to be this line - you either skinny or fat. Sometimes it stops me from going up to people and talking to them (mainly guys.) I don't een feel alright just wearing a T-shirt (I wear a hoodie everyday.) I know I probably will neer be to there standers of 'skinny', but I would like to be a least be healthy. Some people are lucky enought to get fast sistems (I don't know how to spell the acally word) and it makes some people well to put it nicly 'jurks'. Any tips on getting in shape? Is drinking alot of milk bad? Whats good to eat and anone know any god sites for exercises?

Yeah well dont drink alot of milk unless it is fat free cuz otherwise there is ALOT of fat in even 1%. Go running, jumprope, do an exersize video anything that gets you moving. Make sure you take a vitamin supplement so your getting the efficient amount of calcium. eat 4-5 SMALL meals a day and make sure you eat breakfast. Dont let anything you eat be bigger that the palm of your hand except vegetables. Drink water too. Good luck loosing weight cuz i am doing the same thing. Go on the special K diet thats what i am doing.

milk will strengthen the bones. could help. but also eat small portions of things. and try not to eat junk in between meals. go for walks, do some sit ups. mainly is just to eat healthy foods. you shouldnt also worry about what other people think. everyone is human not everyone can be perfect. but everyone is made to be special in there own way. so dont get all stressed =]
