bad day I had a horrible day today in school. I prefer not to go throught the details, but all I will say is that i have not had a day like this in a long time. How can i relax myself and forget about this terrible day?

Ouch... I hate having bad days. ): But, you gotta remember, life goes on, & the bad day is over. [thats how I think of it] Taking baths is like super soothing, & it helps me forget about it. Or maybe you like listening to music.. you can do that. or i think telling someone about it & letting all out helps tooo. ]
Whenever I have a bad day, I take a really hot and extremely long bath and put all kinds of relaxing eucalyptus liquids and bubbles in it and it really makes me feel a lot better. Or you can just lay down and clear your mind and everything will seem a lot better and not so horrible. Also, go to bed early tonight and don't think of anything that happened today, or else you won't get a good night's sleep and you'll feel even worse in the morning. I really hope this helps.

Whenever I have a bad day, I usually call one of my friends and just spill to them, followed by some ice-cream therapy. :) If the problem IS your friends, than I like to write in a journal a letter to them telling them what I would say to them in person if I could, and explain why I'm upset. Or you could talk to a parent. I love to sit outside too with my dogs; the air is really relaxing and it's hard to have your dogs be mad at you. :) Sorry you had a bad day... hope it gets better! ]
