What can i do to get more muscles? By the way can Basketball help give me muscles?

Maybe give some free advice about: Fitness? leLovely answered Saturday January 13 2007, 9:00 am: weight lift. if you don't have anything at home, and can't really afford or get a ride to the gym, just stay after school if you have a weight room at your school. gradually increase the amount of weights you're lifting and after awhile you'll see results. =] and yea, basketball should help. because you're being active and running. and i'm sure that during practice you have to do some kind of conditioning almost everyday, and you probably have to work out your arms with pushups, etc. so yea, basketball should help. =] [ leLovely's advice column | Ask leLovely A Question ]
