What can i do to get more muscles? By the way can Basketball help give me muscles?

weight lift. if you don't have anything at home, and can't really afford or get a ride to the gym, just stay after school if you have a weight room at your school. gradually increase the amount of weights you're lifting and after awhile you'll see results. =] and yea, basketball should help. because you're being active and running. and i'm sure that during practice you have to do some kind of conditioning almost everyday, and you probably have to work out your arms with pushups, etc. so yea, basketball should help. =]

Lift weights- it's the best way to develop muscles. Barbells and dumbbells are great friends- they're always there when you need them, they never say anything to piss you off and being around them will make you a better person.

Lift weights, play active sports (like basketball), and do aerobic exercise to burn off the fat and show definition. There is no magic formula; use your muscles and they grow, it's that simple.

You can alwasy do weight lifting.

But wieght lifting is good
