I want to lose weight. Ok, I am 14, 5'8'' and I am 180lb. I don;t look like i way alot but I know I do. I want to lose some of that weight without loosing my ass or the bit of tits I have, I want to get rid of my love handles and my fat on my stomach, adnm on my legs bellow my ass... Can I get some help on how to lose in thouse areas..

swim, run, crunches, no junk food. but your not overweight, your in the right range for your height. ]
i'd say swimming is GREAT for the legs and "below" the ass. as for the stomach, crunches works wonders. love handles go away with cardio training such as running and swimming too. your tall so you dont really have to worrk about your weight, you're right in the precentile for your height yet i know we're your comming from with wnting to lose weight. good luck! ]
To get rid of unwanted fat on your stomach, you should do crunches. Set an amount to do each day, and stick to that plan. Also, eat healthier. Here is a website that might help you:

since your tall you will weigh more then people your age and shorter than you. remember you dont need to be skinny to be pretty. ask your doctor if you need to loose weight and if you do then you could jog or walk every so often to get the pounds off. DONT be in competion with other people that are thiner than you because they are different people and everyone's body build is different. try doing squats or find some excersizes that focus on those specific areas. ]
try running, crunches, pushups, and cut out junkfood. ]
