Synchronize

I have an sansa e200 mp3 player and everytime I turn it on it wont play music at all. I keeps saying sychronize to continue subscription. How do I synchronize? I have rhapsody, but I can't figure it out. Please help! Thanx

Hi, you should be able to find all of your info on the product's website.

Click on "MP3 Players" and then "Sansa e200 Series." Next, choose the GB you have and it will take you to the FAQ for that series. :)
