can i lose 5lbs by monday? if so how?

K. well, my body, makes it possible. But, if you don't have like a good metabilism & stuff, then nah you can't. Drink 12 glasses of water, JUMP ROPE. jump roping for 10 minutes, is equal to walking for 20 minutes. (: My gym teacher just told us that today. (: Eat breakfast. & cut out alll junk food. You'll deff. see a difference.

unfortunately that is not possible...

losing that much weight in 5 days isn't something you should even try.

You should only lose about 2lbs. in a week.

I hate to break this to you, but you can not. someone who excercises their butt off within one week only looses 2 1/2 lbs. because their body isnt used to it.
