hey, well at 5`0 your suppose to be 100 pounds. as you go up you add on 5 pounds everytime. so 5`1 = 105, 5`2 = 110, and 5`3 = 115. so your only 3 pounds over weight =]. just eat heathier and do crunches to tone yourself up a bit.

NO! Youre not overweight at all. Youre average..right in the middle. I calculated your BMI on www.am-i-fat.com and it gave me the weight range for your height:

Your theoretical minimum weight is:- 107
lbs
Your theoretical maximum weight is:- 130
lbs

So, your right in the middle.

Workouts:

.Cardio - run, dance, jump - anything that will get your heart rate up!
.Ab excercises (tighter tummy.) Go to google and type in ab excercises to get specific excercises. :]

absolutley not! 118 lbs at 5'3" is perfectly healthy! however, if you want to get into shape the basics always help

arms:pushups (i know i know i HATE them, but they really work)

stomach/abs: crunches (keep in mind that they don't burn many calories they just tone the muscle) and leg lifts (sit straight against a wall with your legs in a wide V shape, lift one leg up, keeping it straight for 8 seconds and repeat with the other leg and then put your legs together and lift both simultaneously)

thighs: run up and down some stairs!!! it's easy and effective (and great for endurance too)

For body weight
you should be 100lbs per
5ft. Then add 5lbs for
every inch after 5ft.
(If you're 5'3" then your
idea weight is 115lbs)

So you are in the range
for healthy weight, so no,
its not too heavy.
If you want to tone up
the best thing would be to
hit the gym.

Other then that, go running
three times a week, cut out soda,
always eat breakfast, drink 5-8 glasses
of water a day, do crunches, push ups,
leglifts, and other at home excerises.
Investing in a work-out tape or
even a yoga/pilates tape might be
sucessful.

Good Luck <3

No, you are at the normal weight! trust me! You are fine. plus once you grow, and get taller it will all go away. dont worry about it. Just start eating healthier foods. try not to eat in between meals. and if you do try and eat healthy foods. also take walks now and then. this should keep your weight good and healthy. dont pressure or stress yourself into loosing weight. your weight is fine! just do the things i said and you will be okay!
