losing weight

im not fat. but i want to lose some weight and get a flatter stomach. i do crunches and things like that dont worry. but i have a question. wen i lose some weight on my stomach and get some abs my ribs sort of stick out. i dont know why tho.its not like i look anorexic or anything just wen i finally get the blubber off my stomach u can see my ribs. why?

it's natural i have the same thing don't worry about it and it doesn't mean your anorexic but don't over work yourself because that could happen (don't take that the wrong way) but one work out that is good for your leg and stomach muscles is lay flat on your back on the ground and lift your legs together straight up and hold them there for 2 min. starting off and then tell me how it goes if you try it because that is was my coach for my team has a do and it keeps you in GREAT shape lol
