skinny for summer. i really want to be skinny for summer.
i`m 13 years old and i weigh like 125.
5'0 ft.
i want to weigh around 110, or less by summer.
don't tell me i dont have to weigh that much, i know, but i want to, i want to be skinny and have a nice body.
i need exercize ideas like if i run everyday do you think i could lose weight.
things like that.
and how can i tone my legs [inner thigs] and my arms, i dont want muscely or anything just thin and lean.

yea, running should help a lot. you won't technically get extremely, super muscular from running versus if you were weight lifting. but yea, basically anything cardio such as running, jogging, swimming, cycling, walking. that should help a lot! <3 ]
im not sure but if you go to your logal gym they know what you need to do for certain parts of your body also they have the right equitment.
my mom got help and she lost alot of wieght so give it a try!
