SIX PACK ABS AND A HOT BODY

okay so heres the deal i want to have a six pack as soon as possible and i wanna have a hot body...i am 13 i wiegh 133 and im 5"4...i just wanna wiegh 115 as soon as possible too but i dont know how or what to do. i mean i have tried excercising n eating right but i see no improvement...also im so tired of seeing my love handles sticking out and having big thighs ugghhhh i hate it!!! i just wanna lose wieght and look hot for the boys and for myself because i always feel self confident everywhere i go! please help me give me tips and stuff k thnx bye

Well, I don't know what your definition of "as soon as possible" is, but you wont get a six pack in like a month if that's what you mean. That's close to impossible unless you're really skinny already. All you can really do is some core exercises. If you get Seventeen magazine, there is a whole section of heath and exercise in there. If you don't get it, you can pick it up at a drug store for about $3-4. That will help a lot. Also, cut carbohydrates (bread, crackers pasta, etc.) out of your diet. Not completely, but a lot. That's what I did and I am seeing great results. Drink a lot of water too. Not a lot of soda or sugar drinks like vitamin water. If you can, squeeze in about a half hour a day of walking. Maybe just around the block or something. That will definately help.

try this trust me it works!! and it's easy but it really makes you work parts of the body really well,, download from aress or limewire the 8 min abs workout! i think this is kinda old but it works ! trust me it works for me , but obviously i didn't do the 8 min, i use to make 3 sessions a day just to stop from boring but it started to work lol

Okay, first if you're doing toning exercises right now, those won't help very much. You need to get rid of your excess fat first.

Do cardio, aerobics, and high energy stuff and run everyday or every other day. Stay away from junk food and sodas and every drink but milk and water. But water should be drank the most. You should definately go to the gym with your family or friends for fun, play sports for fun like tackle football, basketball..LASER TAG!!!

HAha, yes I love that game. Also pilates is uber awesome and you should do it. But mostly run, eat healthy food, drink lots of water for now. When you've lost most of the excess fat, you can start toning your body with weight lifting for your arms and thighs and legs, etc. You can do squats and leg lifts for your legs..obviously. Do crunches and curl ups for your tummy.
