I can do it....I need the help though! Right now I have the motivation and strength to lose weight. I have the will power...and that's the important part...but the problem is my meals.
I am from a home that eats rice for lunch...and has bread at breakfast and dinnner. I want to lose weight...and so does my mum. We've decicded to make vegetables and meat...not too mch rice...maybe once or twice a week!
I also have a busy school schedule! I go to school at 7:30am and reach bac at 3:00pm. I sometimes have tons of homework and after school activities, etc!
MY question is how many meals a day should I eaT? What type of fruits to eat? What is the best suitable meal for breakfast and dinner? And does the shredded wheats eat 2 lose 10 plan work?

You need to at least eat 3 meals a day. .. breakfat, lunch and dinner. Just eat a little not too much, enough to last you til the next meal. For breakfast, you can have cereal, bread with eggs & milk, or orange juice. Since you start school at 7:30, I suggest cereal or bagel. its easy to eat and fast. For lunch, you can try to bring lunch to school. Make a sandwich with salads, tomatoes, chicken or whichever you prefer, or low fat food. Last but not least, dinner, you should eat a little and not too much. Since its dinner and after you eat, you won't be able to burn those calories. Some fruits you can eat ... are carrots, pearl, paypaya, watermelon, banana, apples, potatoes, salads, etc. Also you should workout twice or three times a week. try to run and stretch. Depends on which part of your body you want to work out. If its your legs, running helps. If its your stomach.. crunches and sit-ups help. If its your arms, try push up and those weight machines for arms and chest. You won't see the result right away but you'll see it in a month or two.

hey, well you could try joing a gym with your mother. thats always an option. they sell weight watcher dinners and even ice cream sandwithces that are good for you! they sell them at your local grocery store. you shold try them. you should eat three meals a day. no less, because your body is used to three meals. no more, because then you will be eating too much causeing your stomach to expand aka making you bigger. ]
