Mike has a point about using the search function. I must have writen this same stuff a hundred times. However, for your benefit, once more wont kill me... fat cannot be spot reduced. Exercising the abdomen will not get rid of fat from that area. Sucks, but it is the truth. To lose fat (in general) you need to burn more than you eat. starstruck answered Tuesday January 9 2007, 3:27 pm: do alot of sit ups and also eat healthier. the food you eat affects your stomach. do about 50 crunches in the morning and 50 at night. during the day eat 6 small meals and keep them healthy. this will balance out what you eat during the day and it will give you results quicker [ starstruck's advice column | Ask starstruck A Question ]
