i'm 15 and about 5'4"-5'5" and i weigh about 110 pounds. (it goes down to 107 sometimes and up to like 111 sometimes). i know thats an average good healthy weight but i want to gain more meat. im so self concious about my arms because there so skinny, and my wrist are like that too. i dont want to sound snobby at all, but i don't know where my weight goes. no matter how much i eat i gain it on the scale but you can't see it on me, and it sucks. i've been mistaken to be anorexic plenty of times by my school counclers and even my freakin doctor! and im so done with it. so how can i gain weight on my arms and calfs? i REALLY don't want to exercise, and im probably not going to, so please dont bring that up it you can.

I am 5 ft tall, weigh: 115lbs, 29 yrs old. My body is SO unproportioned!! I am very thin around my arms, neck, chest and stomach area, but have LOTS of FAT on my legs!!!! It drives me NUTS! If you were to look at just the bottom half of me, I swear you would think I am overweight!!! Can someone please tell me if there is anything I can do to lose fat ONLY on my LEGS????

Okay, well Im 16. I'm 5'6 and 130lbs. The doctor tells me my weight should be 140 for my height and that Im actually underweight, but at the same time, all my weights concentrated in my stomach, hips, and thighs, so I think I'm on the chunky side. Anyways, I just recently started going to aerobics class and trying to eat healthy. I want to lose 10 pounds, like within 2 weeks if possible. Does anyone have any suggestions. [starvation and pills and puking aren't something Im interested in]. I want to lose weight and keep it off. Thankss<3

I have a winter formal coming up, and I would really like to loose a lot of weight quickly. Which foods should I eat, and how many calories should I eat each day? I'm 14, and weigh 90 pounds, but that's because I'm super short and have like no muscle. I really would like to get a lot healthier because I eat a lot of junk food. Any help would be greatly appreciated =]

okay well im 13 years old and in sept i weighed 150.
now i weigh 120 and i still want to lose weight.
i work out and stuff and do the same stuff i did to lose the last 30 pounds but i just cant seem to lose any more. i rly wanna weigh like 105-110 by the summer.
how can i do this?
please help. nothing is working.

My goal is to get rid of a little fat around my waist, tummy, and hips. I decided the best way to do it was to run a 5K! I've started training and am running about 3 times a week slowly working towards 3 miles. My dad is a runner and he told me that i won't see results in about 2 months concerning my fat.
I should also improve my diet. I eat well no soda no fatty foods but i have a large snack after school because im always starved. I really don't want to go on a low calorie low carb diet because they're so stupid. What are other options and how can i speed this weight loss up without going all gaga over my diet?

i am 13 and i weigh 101 lbs, it's all fat, i have no muscle, i live on oatmeal, pizzia, and fruit. i don't drink so much pop mostly kool-aid and water.

ok, well i need to loose weight, and fast. im pretty much average weight for my age, but i seem heavier than everone else. i dont play any winter or spring sports, but i play tennis in the summer. and i have friends who play no sports, eat like pigs, do absolutly no exercises at all, and have perfectt bodies. every day i run for about 30 minutes and do about 200-250 crunches. ive been doing this for two or three weeks, i know im not going to see any results yet, but, am i doing enough to see any differnce? my weight is always on my mind, not that im all fat or anything, its just not good enough for what i want. ive been eating one meal a day with maybe one or two snacks in between, is there any more i can do? should i be seeing a differnce anytime soon?

Could someone list some aerobic exercises I'd be able to do for about thirty minutes. Prefferably inside, but I'd just like to mention I don't have any work out equipment except for a work out bike at my dad's, who's house I'm at two days a week.
Also, I do this thing where I step on and off of a chair over and over without stopping for thirty minutes-is this an alright exercise?

This question is not from me this is from my cousin she will soon be on here. She is 20 and weights 134 pounds, she wants to know is that the average size for a 20 year old. She seems to think that she is not big enough as in thick if ya'll know what i mean she has a problem because she gets offended because she wants to be thick with big hips and a big butt and big thighs.shes really not skinny, certain jeans she wears makes her look like shes bigger. she eats alot but doesnt gain that much weight. should she just keep eating alot, what are some exercises she can do to make her thighs and butt bigger.

hi. well, i work out around 7 every night. for forty minutes. i try to do it an hour after i eat supper.
what i'm wondering is, is this too late to be working out? should i work out earlier? or am i doing this fine?
i'm trying to loose 25lbs. if that helps. any advice on how to get into shape would be helpful. thanks :)

ok. i am 5'5 and im 123 pounds. it is spread over my body, so im proportioned..kinda. accept my stomach sticks out..alot and my thighs are bigger than i would like. what are some particular exercizes i could do to get rid of the fatty belly and the thighs?
one more thing, when i eat my stomach gets all beloaty(sp?) it doesnt matter if i eat alot or a little. but anyways is there anything that i can do to make that stop?

okay, see i have just started my period so i have no breasts. Prom is in 3 months and i want a really cute dress. but one problem, i have no boobs! i have a water bra, so people think that i do. would they have grown by then? or what can i do to make them look bigger? ( im 14 )
