does anyone know if the ab lounge chair or the 6 second ab things actually work?? if you dont know what they are by name search them in google and you'll see what i'm talking aboutt.. let me know thanks!

I completely agree with the person below me. A gym has more of a variety of equipment and is probabily cheaper for a month membership than one of those "as seen on tv" things

hey, well i dont believe in buying those types of things. they might work but not as good as they say on tv. actually joining a gym would probably been much more benefical.
