Fitness Could someone list some aerobic exercises I'd be able to do for about thirty minutes. Prefferably inside, but I'd just like to mention I don't have any work out equipment except for a work out bike at my dad's, who's house I'm at two days a week.
Also, I do this thing where I step on and off of a chair over and over without stopping for thirty minutes-is this an alright exercise?

I live in a very small apartment and know what you mean! The best way to get a cardio workout is jump roping.. It doesn't seem like it would do much but it works soo well! Try jumping to music only stopping in between songs. It's cheap and easy! Also if you have stairs, try running up them and then walking back down for about ten minutes. The chair excersices are fine as long as the chair is not more than two feet off the ground, then it will strain your muscles. hope this was helpful! ]
Using a Swiss Ball would be good excersise. They're cheap and you can use them a lot. Also, you can use them as a seat when you watch TV or go online... it strenghtens the legs and is good excersise, and it doesn't take a lot of work. ]
