working out

Question Posted Wednesday February 7 2007, 7:28 pm

hi. well, i work out around 7 every night. for forty minutes. i try to do it an hour after i eat supper.
what i'm wondering is, is this too late to be working out? should i work out earlier? or am i doing this fine?

i'm trying to loose 25lbs. if that helps. any advice on how to get into shape would be helpful. thanks :)

Eating healthy will definitely help. If you drink a lot of soda, just cutting that out will help you lose some weight. Eating 6 smaller meals throughout the day will also help boost your metabolism. Also try drinking green tea (for the same reason.)

If you have a hunger problem, try eating ice or brushing your teeth. I'm not sure, but for some reason it really does help.

Forty minutes a day is good. As you work out more, slowly increase your workout time. Working out about an hour after eating is the ideal time to work out. So good job so far.

First of all eat healthy. The time is perfect because if you work out before you eat it makes you really hungry.
