Me, being a guy, know what most guys like. Depending on his disposition, you either want to pay attention to him, or have something in common with him.
You want to be able to talk to him about something- make him a friend; that's always good. Once you do that, pay attention to him. Just flirt- Guys like that kind of thing. If he doesn't get it, then just try to make it a little more obvious so that if he doesn't notice it, his friend will.
This usually works. I mean, hey, it's how I start to like some people (sometimes), lol.

first i would like to comment on your good grammar and typing since I'm sick of the people who spell everything wrong
you flirt with a guy by
-flipping your hair [not too much because it looks kind of stupid]
-drawing attention to your mouth[fixing lipgloss or something]
-cross your arms under your chest and push up [i know it sounds slutty but when you do it guys will be like Wow Boobs!!]
-wink when you leave [only once so you dont look like you have something in your eye]
-talk about things YOU like [dont ask him what he likes and even when you hate it say 'oh thats so cool' because if he likes you he might ask you on a date that has to do with whatever you were talking about]
-know if hes single[cant stress this enough. if he has a girlfriend or maybe boyfriend you will look pretty dumb when his significant other comes walking up and sees you flirting your guts out]
-laugh[dont giggle like heeheehee and stuff because they will think you are a light headed ditzy person and nobody likes that.
-above all be yourself [well a slightly sluttish yourself]
