my belly

ok. i am 5'5 and im 123 pounds. it is spread over my body, so im proportioned..kinda. accept my stomach sticks out..alot and my thighs are bigger than i would like. what are some particular exercizes i could do to get rid of the fatty belly and the thighs?

one more thing, when i eat my stomach gets all beloaty(sp?) it doesnt matter if i eat alot or a little. but anyways is there anything that i can do to make that stop?

Do situps with your legs at a 45 degree angle and then move them to a 90 degree angle. You stomach muscles have to support your legs more so you should tone up faster, also this works the muscles in your legs (mostly inner thighs) so it could help with that too. If these sit ups dont help you tone your legs, try some sort of cardio such as running or niking.
