loseing weight i want to loose weight in my belly and ONLY my belly. is that possible? if so,how? (more like lower belly) thanks!

just do stomach exercizes. here are some to get you started:
-hold your whole tummy in really far for 3 seconds, then let it out for 2 seconds and suck it in again.
-lay on your back on the floor, hands under your butt. stick your legs straight out and then hold them about 2 inches off the floor for 5 seconds, then let them fall and rest for only about a second and a half. do this over and over again it really tightens up your stomach muscles. ]
usually weight loss is over all of the body, but if you want to focus on your belly, you could do some stomach toning excercises, such as crunches, sit ups, and side bends, which should help to give a smaller look to your belly and tone you stomach muscles.
