I know people who are highly involved in sports or who dance will have irregular cycles. I am not certain if there's any connection between exercise & lighter periods though. I do know that exercising can help your cramps. The best thing to do is talk to a gynecologist or a doctor. If you really want to lighten your period, birth control is an option you can look into. But other than that, I'm not sure of any other solution.

With some people it does make it lighter. And if you're young enough, working out a lot could actually make it go away for a while. (I know some people will be like, THATS NOT TRUE but it is. It would only work, however, if you had gotten your period relatively recently and you did a lot of working out.)

it doesn't make the flow lighter. it helps reduce cramps & you'll feel a bit better.

-hope that helped!♥
