i am 13 and i weigh 101 lbs, it's all fat, i have no muscle, i live on oatmeal, pizzia, and fruit. i don't drink so much pop mostly kool-aid and water.
KisaKiss19 answered Friday February 9 2007, 8:29 pm: ah! oatmeal isn't bad, but its really filling, and you shouldn't have it all the time[in my opinion] instead of oatmeal eat special K or some healthy cerial that tastes good :).Also, you could take a spoon full of peanut butter, get crunchy cerial tht has vanilla and almonds in it,and dip. its super good! pizza is far to greasy. instead try pasta with olive oil and peas, chicken salad, and some nuts [they're really good for you.] or something along those lines, they're great :]. so you should have like 2000-2500 calories a day, depending on you. Fruit is good good good! eat fruit for meals - fruit salad,or even putting fruit mixed with lettuce, like tangerine salad - yum! Water helps flush out your body,so its great for you,and you should have some low fat skim milk, skim milk only has 90 calories! And if you want some snacks, get special K granola bars and 100 calorie packs. You should build muscle. I would go to the gym, with a friend, and use an ab machine and a tremill. Also swim!! Around me there is a YMCA,so if there is something like that around you,you should go. Your supposed to have 45-60 mins of excersize a day at least. Danceing for 1 hour is equvilent to running 6 miles [so i've heard] And as long as you sweat, your burning fat. Kool aid is just as bad as Soda! Oh, and chicken salad wraps are delicious. well i hope i helped and sorry for going to over board, good luck!

Also, don't live on just those food items alone. Incorporate a healthy balanced diet from the 4 food groups with a healthy exercise regimen. [ Brandi_S's advice column | Ask Brandi_S A Question ]
