Hey everyone! Ex-Boyfriend owes money for over a year now

My situation is quite common I think, however, I have no idea what can I do about this, so need your professional expertise, please.
I broke up with my 2 years pakistani ex boyfriend in April 2013, During our relationship he would ask me to pay for something small from my card, first he has said he lost his, then it was in overdraft, then he could not use it as he has bad credit history, he would ask now and then for 100-300 in cash, he could sometimes check my bag for money first to make sure i have it, Then in August 2012 he has persuaded me to sell my car in order to cover his office rent, through the garage he knew (I have contract of that sale), part of the money in cash they would give him straight into his han...

I am casually talking and getting to know this guy at my college named Anthony. He's older, works at the bookstore, and very cute. We text back and forth and I see him Monday and Wednesday around noon and he usually gets off at two, so we hang out until my ride comes.
This Sunday, he agreed to go to the movies with me at 1:50. My phone was out of service so I wasn't able to contact him. He seemed like he'd for sure be there. Okay im a 13/f and in a current relationship. Okay this relationship is different from the others cause he is short and i never went out with a short person so its different. But i been thinking about breaking up with him cause we dont act like a couple. We still seem like the friends when he had ask me. But now a good friend of mines told me that he go with another girl. I'm 15, and I've been friends with this guy for my whole life because our families our friends, but he lives an hour away. When I see him, he acts really flirty and gives me neck massages and plays with my hair and stuff, and we text a lot. He calls me babe and tells me I'm the prettiest girl he knows, but our conversations are always short because he reads my responses and never replies. He says his phone is broken but I know that he's texting other girls when he stops answering me. Am I over thinking this or is he just a flirt?

I know the best thing to do when you go through a break up is to try new things, make more friends and meet more people.
How do I do that and what do I do?
Like there are tons of things I'd like to try and classes I'd like to take but I have no money and no car. I'm currently not in school because of finances and my dad just had an accident and is on disability so we're not getting much money...and almost everything costs money. Like they're literally giving us $16 a month. We just got food stamps but all the money I had saved is going towards bills and anything else you can think of.
I just need something to do that's free but will keep me happy and occupied.

So my boyfriend and I have been together for 5 years. We have a great relationship and we plan to keep it that way for forever.
We are in a really great spot right now. I am 25/f and he is 28/m. He just graduated with his masters degree, and I finished my program certification last year. I have a great job and he's got tons of people interested in him with the degree that he has. We just moved in to a new apartment, and in short, our lives are good.

I recently met this guy at the college I am attending. He works at the textbook store, so when I appeared there constantly, he always teased me, saying, "You're here again?" He would smile and be very helpful. It wasn't until a few days ago we actually got to talking. He was leaving work and he saw me reading on a bench, and he said, "You're still here, huh?" well yesterday a girl messaged me on facebook and she basically said my boyfriend was cheating on me and she sent me pictures of the messages between her and my boyfriend. so i screenshot what she said and sent it to him but he said she played his friend tim so he played her to get back. he put it on his moms grave, and god. i mean i dont know what to do should i believe him or what? do i keep questioning him ? and i know that he wouldnt lie on his deciesed mother but i dont know im just confused.

I have a boyfriend now but before I had him I talked to another guy. I liked that guy a lot but I let him down, lied to him, and said no to going out with him. Now he has a girlfriend. I really like him still and can't get him off of my mind. I'm hurt with thinking about how things with me and him ended. I can't stop blaming myself because it was my fault! He won't talk to me anymore and I just can't go on living like this with so much regret. I miss him and want him back. What should I do? When should I get my period after taking Plan B?

I am extremely worried.
My period came on July 14th. I had intercourse on July 23rd, and I took Plan B on July 26th - I began to have bleeding a week later, on August 2nd. I was told that this was just withdrawal bleeding and not a period.
It is now August 22nd and I have yet to have gotten a period. I did not have unprotected sex, we used a condom, I'm just kinda paranoid.
Does a new cycle start from the withdrawal bleed or should I have gotten my period on the 14th of August?
