21/f - the past 2 months i have been talking to my ex from 4, almost 5 years ago. things have been pretty good between us, but we are just friends. although we act like more than just that. when we hang out we hold hands, and cuddle, and tell each other we love each other. i really do love him...i never stopped. thing is i want us to be more than just friends, so i guess my question would be is it ok for a girl to ask a guy out? and if so how should i go about it?

NEED HELP WITH WORKOUT!

I'm 15/f and don't really work out much. My weight is 100 and height about 5'4". As you can tell, I'm skinny but not so much fit. I want to be healthy inside and out. (abs, nice leg muscles, firm butt don't want to lose it though, nice arms) I have a tredmill and one of those bikes and excersize ball, but rarely use it and now I want to. However, I don't want to hurt my body so what I would like to know is WHAT TO EAT BEFORE A WORKOUT, AFTER, HOW FAR APART TO WAIT TO EAT BEFORE & AFTER WORKOUT, WHAT TYPE OF WORKOUTS I SHOULD DO, FOR HOW LONG DURING THE DAY, AND WHEN DURING THE WEEK? Hey! I just went out to get Jolen yesterday to hopefully use it on my underarms. However, I'm very, very light. I messed up on my anderarms one day and went too high up so I was just thinking about using that, would that be okay to use it there? Also, how does it make the hair? I have brownish hair so would it make it white? Clear? Would someone be able to post a pictire of their arm to see how the hair turns out?

Dentist sedation

What do dentist's use to sedate patients? Is it
laughing gas?
If i ask the dentist to sedate me and they use
laughing gas will it knock me out completely like
anesthesia used for surgeries or will i be in twilight sleep?
Will i be aware of what the dentist is doing?

I have recently separated from my partner of 6 years, he wouldn't communicate about anything and started drinking again after nearly 12 months of not drinking we have a 4 year old daughter & after many attempts from me to make our relationship work I asked him to leave now he is living 5 minutes away and calls nearly everyday or calls up whenever he is near and his excuse is to see his daughter....we have been getting on ok, until the other day when he informed me that he had been asked out and he was thinking about going out to dinner with this woman, this has hit a raw nerve with me feeling somewhat betrayed as its only been a few weeks since he left and feel he is just being cruel. Well, i like my friend ( we've both liked eachother before- complicated). But i dont know if he likes me and i kinda think my other friend likes him- but im not sure, just the way she acts when hes around or when his name gets menetioned. And last year, his friend told me he liked her too but he kept denying it and promised me he didnt. So i want to find out who he liked without outright asking him or him knowing i like him.

I get surprised really easy. If someone comes up behind me and just taps me on the shoulder I jump, if they put their arm around me a yelp a bit from surprise, if they poke me in the waist and I'm mid step I actually go weak in the knees sometimes and they have to catch me. Depending on how bad they scared me, I may or may not scream. It's not really loud unless it's on the worst scares... Either way though, it has to be annoying to the people around me. And it's a bit annoying that I can't stop it. It's just a natural reaction.

My parent's dirty house is making my siblings sick.

my parents used to make me clean the entire house as my "chore" for living at home, all through high school. My sisters are apprx 12 years younger than me, and because my mom is perpetually sick and my dad is perpetually working, i have always been the one to take care of them. Recently i moved out, and over the last few months the house has absolutely gone to hell. the carpet is literally covered in clothes, food, and my sister's toys. my dad has left some plumbing projects undone which has resulted in mold. to make a long story short, they no longer care if the house is clean or not.

Okay so I've been with my boyfriend for 5 months and it is absolutely the most perfect relationship. We have been having sex since month 2 and we always use a condom. Hi- sorry to rant but my family is crazy and I need to vent somewhere. Please help.
Basically, whenever my mom gets angry, she turns into a psycho and starts yelling at my brother.
There's a lot of history behind this. When he was a junior at high school, he started going through severe depression. At the time, my parents were having a very aggressive divorce and my mom was in a very bad state of mind, often crying and losing her temper easily. Embarrassing Cheer Sneakers Question!

Hey Everyone:) I am an 18 year old female. So I've had this problem for a while now lol. I am very involved in cheering, but lately, I've had an issue with my cheer sneakers. They always end up smelling like vinegar after I've worn them a few times. It's SO embarrassing! I also get very dark stains on the insoles. It doesn't matter which shoes I wear, it keeps happening lol. Anyone else have this problem with cheer sneakers and have any advice on how to fix it? Thanks!!!
