NEED HELP WITH WORKOUT!

I'm 15/f and don't really work out much. My weight is 100 and height about 5'4". As you can tell, I'm skinny but not so much fit. I want to be healthy inside and out. (abs, nice leg muscles, firm butt don't want to lose it though, nice arms) I have a tredmill and one of those bikes and excersize ball, but rarely use it and now I want to. However, I don't want to hurt my body so what I would like to know is WHAT TO EAT BEFORE A WORKOUT, AFTER, HOW FAR APART TO WAIT TO EAT BEFORE & AFTER WORKOUT, WHAT TYPE OF WORKOUTS I SHOULD DO, FOR HOW LONG DURING THE DAY, AND WHEN DURING THE WEEK? (Ex: everyday, 3 times a week?) I would really like some kind of schedual to go by and see how it works out. I also eat a lot of junk food, should I not eat that at all? If I can, when may I during the day for example, going back to my questions before or after the workout and other foods. Thank you for your help :)

hey
well my sister is 15 and she also wanted to lose weight for a run that she is doing so what she has done is she is going out jogging every couple of nights and she is feeling more confident with her body and has lost some weight so what i suggest you do is go online and look for a running plan and that should hopefully get you started but make shure you warm up before so you dont strech a muscle
ps my sister also finds that if you have up beat music it helps
