I'm 15/f and don't really work out much. My weight is 100 and height about 5'4". As you can tell, I'm skinny but not so much fit. I want to be healthy inside and out. (abs, nice leg muscles, firm butt don't want to lose it though, nice arms) I have a tredmill and one of those bikes and excersize ball, but rarely use it and now I want to. However, I don't want to hurt my body so what I would like to know is WHAT TO EAT BEFORE A WORKOUT, AFTER, HOW FAR APART TO WAIT TO EAT BEFORE & AFTER WORKOUT, WHAT TYPE OF WORKOUTS I SHOULD DO, FOR HOW LONG DURING THE DAY, AND WHEN DURING THE WEEK? (Ex: everyday, 3 times a week?) I would really like some kind of schedual to go by and see how it works out. I also eat a lot of junk food, should I not eat that at all? If I can, when may I during the day for example, going back to my questions before or after the workout and other foods. Thank you for your help :)
