How to get over an ex with new boyfriend?

I have posted up a couple of other times on the forums about my situation. About a week and a half ago my gf of 2 years broke up with me we are on and off long distance and the last time I saw her was 3 months ago. Its a long story but the short of it is that we broke up and are doing no contact at the moment. Just 2 weeks ago to me it seemed like everything was fine. We were talking a few times a day and sending corny love messages back and forth like usual. It hit me like a ton of bricks when she wanted a break and I was so surprised. Part of the reason I moved across the world and got a job here was to be closer to her.

bloated after working out

i'm 17, 5'4" about 116 pounds.
i'm trying to tone up, but not get too muscly, i dont wanna gain muscle at all, just get the ones i already have toned. i've only been doing these exercises from Seventeen for about 2 days, and i've cut out greasy foods and soda. instead of my tummy getting flat( that's the area i'm targeting the most) i'ts getting kinda bloated. i am about to start my period, but i'm more bloated than normal. is this normal? shouldnt i be getting skinnier rather than getting bloated? will this go away?

Google Video: Why is google shutting down Google Video?

I just found out that all my videos are going to be lost from google video! Some of them have been up there for many years and there are hundreds, if not thousands of links to them from all over the internet. They aren't letting us easily move videos to youtube or anything.
Can anyone tell me why this is happening? Writing to google is really pointless. They don't write back with anything but a form letter.
Thank you to anyone that can answer me why this is happening!
P.S. Doen't it make sense that a company this big wouldn't just shut down a major division without a good reason? If they have a good reason, then why don't we know what it is? :(

I hear all sorts of rumors, such as:
- It makes you stupid
- It damages brain cells
- It contains the same carcinogens as cigarettes
Are any of these true? Are there any other physiological / psychological effects?

I am in a commited relationship, but for some reason I feel the need to have affairs. I am currently on my 2nd affair, the first is still kinda ongoing, but not as much as in the past, due to over time, it gets harder to keep it up. Is something wrong with me? Why do I feel the need to have affairs? I know you can't get in my mind and tell me whats goin on in there. But...IDK. just tell me something, please :)

recently, I've been feeling kind of down and I get kind of aggravated easily. I've even started snapping at people, and if you knew me, you'd know that I rarely do that. In fact, I'm a reserved person and prefer to do things on my own and I like being alone a good portion of the time too, sitting in front of my computer writing and watching random things. Well, I'm wondering if maybe it's the birth control pills I'm on? But I've been on those for a month now and I just started to feel kind of irritable and lousy in general. It started maybe yesterday or earlier today?

So my class is going on a field trip and today we made groups. We had been planning our group for at least 2 weeks now, it was me and my 4 other friends. Finally for group sign up, one of my friends decides that it would be fair that we let others in the group as a first come basis. I thought that was bogus because I am the furthest away from sign up sheets and I would be the one kicked off. So I RUN to the sign up place and they let some other girl on instead of me!!!! I was furious! I wasnt mad at the girl who signed up, only my friend who ruined our plan! Then later on the girl who "replaced" me said that she was sorry that she took my spot. What can you do with no basement/interior rooms in a tornado?

I live in a house with no interior rooms and no basement. Our house has been here for ages through other tornadoes as well so I assume it's fairly sound, but what can my family do?
We don't have any ditches that aren't under power lines, either, and we're under watch for a tornado tonight. Our bathtub/bathroom in on an exterior wall, as well. We have sturdy furniture to be under, but if the room we're in is blown away what difference does it make?
