Because I don't live in Texas, I can't give you specific restaurants, stores, etc. However, most places require their employees to be the age of sixteen. But, you can get a workers permit from your high school to work. I'm sure fast food places hire people under the age of 16.

Most places require a minimum age of 16 to hire, Unless you have working papers nobody is going to hire someone of age 15.

On the other hand here are some places you could try if you do have working papers.

McDonald's, Wendy's, Babysitting, Dog walking,

If you have a hobby you could pick up that too, Right now my sister does not have a job and she makes jewelry and sells it which is a pretty neat idea too.
