you ARE supposed to use a condom during oral sex cause theres still a chance for STD's of course if you've both been tested then you can just not use it, and i know most people don't use condoms when having oral sex but this means they still could be getting std's...so bottom line yes you should use a condom, and most people don't use it so they expose themselves to std's

Generally, No you do not have to wear a condom when you are receiving a blow job. There is no way to become pregnant by performing this act either as the penis has no contact with the vagina. If you were too have sex, Then yes I would highly recommend using protection at all times as all it takes is one time and it is better to be safe then sorry.
Some women do not like the taste of semen so they prefer to use a flavored condom when giving head which is perfectly fine but I do not recommend using one that is not flavored as then she would have the taste of lubricant in her mouth which wouldn't be pleasant. If you want too try to differ it up a bit you could also suggest flavored lubricant as well.
