xokristabelle answered Tuesday April 19 2011, 10:39 pm: Find substitutes. For instance, when I'm having sugar cravings, I will eat fruit or have cinnamon tea instead. When I want a burger, I'll make a spinach turkey burger on a whole wheat bun. If I want fries, I'll make sweet potato fries. Sugar-free flavored mineral/seltzer water instead of soda, Larabars instead of dessert, and so on.
