lol yes school is boring but i guess that it isn't suppose to be fun but as long as you lunch breaks are entertaining then you shouldn't have a problem ]
School can be very boring, especially if the teacher has no enthusiasm to make the class interesting. ]
I liked school, although exams and assessments were stressful. Like NinjaNeer said, the thing about school is that you have to learn alot of stuff that seems really irrelevant and boring at the time before you get to choose what you want to study.
At school, I HATED maths. I was terrible at it and I didn't like my teacher. Unfortunately, in the UK, you have to have a qualification in maths in order to do A-Levels (the next assessment level) so I had to pass. I can't lie and say I didn't sit through many a maths class and stare at the clock, waiting for the hour to be up so I could leave but no matter how boring I found it, I knew I had no choice.
You don't mention where you're from but in the UK, from year 10 (ages 14-15) you get to choose at least 3 subject options to study. If you continue to sixth form (ages 16-18) then you study 3-5 subjects which are all self-chosen. As far as I'm aware, the US system is similar. I'm now at university doing a subject I'm really interested in but I would never have been able to get here if I hadn't learnt the stuff I didn't like at school.
So yeah, sometimes school can be boring and it's impossible for everyone to be interested in everything but you have to do it in order to progress to the stuff you do like. Try and go to school with a positive mindset and complete all the work you are given. I found that if I understood the topic better then I often enjoyed it alot more. ]
I love school. At least, now I do, being in post-secondary.
Up to grades 9/10 can get pretty boring because you have no choice in what classes you take. You're stuck taking a bunch of boring stuff you have no interest in because of prerequisites.
Once you hit later in high school, though, you generally have more choice. By the time I hit grade 12, I was able to choose all but one course (English) so I could take just the courses I was interested in (3 math and 3 science courses... sounds like fun, right?) There are many more options the further you get in high school.
In university it's even better. You choose what you study. That means that no matter what your required courses are, they should tie in to your area of interest.
In the end, though, it's all about your attitude. If you go into school thinking "Ugh, school," then you're going to be bored. If you go in thinking "I'm going to try and learn all that I can today," you'll be more engaged and take more out of it. And having a great teacher helps! ]
