Say I have ..scratch that, I DO have a really big butt. If I do excercizes that firm up my butt, will they firm up my BIG butt? Or will my butt lose weight FIRST, so it becomes smaller, and THEN become firm?

stretch marks

okay so i have stretch marks because i've had my growth sperk suring the summer of 2006. but they are still very visible, what can i do to make them nearly invisible? i'm already losing weight, but they're so noticable and my friends always ask what they are and i'm embarrassed to say "stretch marks." so anything to make them nearly invisible?

So I have a pretty small upper half and huge hips and thighs.
I need something that will shrink my thighs and firm them. What kind of exercises can I do? And is there any product out there at helps with this specifically? Like a fitness program or pill or something?

my butt, thighs, and waist! im 13, and im not really fat or anything since i also have muscle.. but i weigh kinda alot.. but my mom said its just im black and we have heavier bones than white people. but still.. i've been slowly gaining weight. maybe its cause i havent been doing really any physical activity now since all sports are in the summer and i did basketball like in march and im doing health now instead of gym... which sucks. so my stomach has become a little bit.. er.. bigger, like it sticks out in the front i guess.. i hate it and i always try to suck in my stomach but i wanna be truly skinny so i dont have to do that. and my butt is big! my cousin said im lucky for having a big butt.. but its also hard when trying clothes on esp...

i'm fourteen years old.
i weigh about ninty nine pounds.
i'm about four feet and eleven inches.
from my perspective, i've got a 'muffin top', and it's not from my clothing.
i'm flipping out, because i'd love to lose about ten pounds.

So here's another 'I'm unconfident and fat and blah,' kinda question. Sorry, everyone. :P


Alright, so I've recently stopped exercising as much as usual, because cheerleading isn't as active as usual, at the moment. I've also been letting myself pig out more often, and then I feel so guilty, afterwards.

Beings I don't have a treadmill or anything, I don't work out much, either, because 100 curlups a night didn't work, and I'm not allowed to do more. (mom wont let me exercise too much.)

I can't really diet, because my mom already thinks I've got an eating problem, and all the food from the grocery store my parents get is always fatty and all. I feel like I'm so fat, but she dosen't see it...

alright so im 15/f
and im 5'6" and i weigh 145 lbs.
i will admit ive got some junk in the trunk haha but my waist is skinny. so does my body seem healthy? i play sports and that could be part of it but i still worry!!
should i lose weight?
please help!!

I'm 5'4 and I weigh 109. I wouldn't consider myself fat but I don't have a flat stomach. When i sit down it is huge! I naturally have a really small frame i wear like anywhere from 00-0 in pant sizes. I just need to do some ab workouts. Hopefully it wont be too hard to achieve. Since it is summer I want to get a nice flat stomach so i look good in a bikini. Any ideas or pointers to how i should approach this and what to do?

This summer I want to get into shape[getting a four pack], Personally I think I have a lot of fat on my stomach, like I have a little pouch sorta but I'm not fat just saying :) , So what exercises should I do and what Should I eat?

okayy sooooo, actually a lot of people say i'm really skinny, not annorexic like disgusting looking, but skinny. and i just don't feel like i am. maybe to other people but i think i give an illusion that i'm skinny... and i'm really not.
sometimes i want to be bullemic but i can't make myself throw up, do you know how to make yourself?
i can't be annorexic. i always eat.. but
how do you make yourself throw up?

i mean i ran track over spring.. and that ended 1 week ago. and this week i started soccer practice.. which is every day. so i mean i do run bbbuuuuuuuuutttt

the major problems i have are my love handles

I'm really self concious about my butt. Now that it's summer I feel kinda gross wearing shorts. I swear, my calves (sp?) at absolutely solid, then my quads are eh, pretty musuclar, and then as i get between my legs it's fat and below my butt and my butt. Are there any exercising to tighten up these areas? (Amounts of sets, reps would be great, too!) I already am doing cardio (running daily, skipping a day or two a week)

so i've been eating healthy for the past month, but i'm wondering how long will it be until i lose the fat on my face? it's really noticeable and i can't eve smile without feeling self-conscious. and i'm 18 so it's not baby fat. trust me. i was way skinnier before. any tips on how to get rid of it? thanks

i hav exams for the rest of the week and ive been studying for ages but this has stopped me from doing as much exercise as i used to.
when the exams are over i plan to get rite bak into exercising but i want to go the whole way with sit ups dancing running walking toning exercises and cyclinng.
i havent done it in a while so im afraid if i do too much at once i wont want to do anymore.is there anyway i could ween myself back onto xercise?any regimes or scheduales or times which are good to exercise because i dont want to eat at the wrong times and stuff
also what can i eat to curb a sweet tooth

well i got invited to two pool parties and they are all the popular people ones and all the hot guys are going and the popular ones and the guy i like..

i got this really hot bikini but the problem is i have a little bit of a belly its not that bad but im still kind of embarssed by it i dont want all the hot guys making fun of me and then telling all there friends im fat and i shouldnt wear bikini's

i dont want to go on like a non-eating diet i just want to try to loose my belly a little
so if you can i would like some good excersizes to try and maybe a daily schedule of what to eat and what not too

the parties are june 16 and 24
