You can eat healthy all you want,
you can exercise all you want to build muscle.
But you will not lose very much weight at all
until you start doing cardio. Eating healthy
is a great start but try some fast pace walking/ full out running or some cardio tapes to help you
burn the fat. For some people the fat on their
faces is the hardest part to burn, so just be
paitent. I know its hard but try to keep going,
encourage yourself and be sure to set goals!

theres pills for that at wallmart or target .... if it isn't then keep eating right and do alot of running and cardio work like were it takes more stamina then strength to work out [ RubbaDucky's advice column | Ask RubbaDucky A Question ]

Keep eating healthy & exercise a few times a week. You'll eventually see results, but it might not be as soon as you want it too. A month may seem long, but for losing weight it really isn't. Sometimes it can take up to six months or even longer. Everyones different though. Just try eating healthy & exercise the best you can. You'll see results sooner or later.
