MAK answered Tuesday June 5 2007, 10:31 pm: Honestly, I think a diet will do nothing for you: you can be skinny, but have a horrible looking belly area. I think you should do excersises.
Do sit ups until you "feel the burn"
Lie on your back near a couch, and put your hands underneath it, lift up you legs to a ninety degree angle.
Crunches, but you won't get great results with them. but if sit ups are too hard for you, you can start out with crunches, but be sure to move on to sit ups.
Remember, how many you do doesn't matter, its how much "burn" you feel.
Hope I helped, have fun and be safe at the party!!!

PS. don't push yourself too hard, even if you don't like your results, remember that you will be wearing a hot bikini, and the guys will probably be looking at your cleavage anyway ;) [ MAK's advice column | Ask MAK A Question ]
