im confused alright so im 15/f
and im 5'6" and i weigh 145 lbs.
i will admit ive got some junk in the trunk haha but my waist is skinny. so does my body seem healthy? i play sports and that could be part of it but i still worry!!
should i lose weight?

You should be careful to remember that numbers are not everything. While most people continue to focus on the body mass index, it fails to factor in muscle mass. I once met a 5' 6" woman whom weighed 190 pounds. She wasn't fat, but she was very well toned and had great body musculature. If she had simply considered her BMI, she would have been considered obese. Quite the contrary, she had little fat on her body and was in perfect health. ]
If you like how your body looks and you act confident about it, every one else will love it. i personally dont think that those skinny skinny, on the verge of annorexic girls are very attractive;; and ive noticed the boys dont either. So id say just continue to exercise normally and dont go to extreme limits to loose weight;; you seem fine ]

Just continue playing sports & exersizing. ]
