my calves are huggee, i hatee them.
what exercizes can i do to make them smaller.
pls, theyre gross.

whoever told you to squat and run sprints is wrong.

First see if your calf is muscle or fat. If it's fat, you can run it off. Just run 2 miles every other day.

If it's muscle, don't exercise for a very long time.

Leg exercises usually just make them bigger and I don't think there is anyway to get them smaller. Usually stuff like that is in your DNA and can't really be controlled.

exercides will just make them bigger. the only way to get rid of muscle is to not work out. or it could be just naturally how your legs are and you can't do anything about it
