Achieving that flat stomach! I'm 5'4 and I weigh 109. I wouldn't consider myself fat but I don't have a flat stomach. When i sit down it is huge! I naturally have a really small frame i wear like anywhere from 00-0 in pant sizes. I just need to do some ab workouts. Hopefully it wont be too hard to achieve. Since it is summer I want to get a nice flat stomach so i look good in a bikini. Any ideas or pointers to how i should approach this and what to do?

do some crunches you idiot. it's stupid skinny people like you that make others feel bad about themselves. we have people like you to blame for the prevelance of eating disorders in teen girls.

Im only 5 ft, im tiny too but I dont like to get too small or under 105 and im just 5ft. So, Dont do anymore cardio, that because you don't need to lose weight, too skinny's not good your perfect size right now, But I know you want definition not to lose weight so, the first thing about working your abs is to work your core muscles from the inside and then work outward. I like to work out(you know where that little pouch is for most girls)that one first by lying on my back with hands layed down beside me and then put your legs together and straight and start lifting them up and down occasionally holding them (close to the ground but not on the ground)for a couple minutes (if you want to get all the stomach muscles lift your shoulders off the ground and hold your legs straight and of the ground at the same time, live a v shape) and then continue going up and down till you can't take it anymore. Then take a break and repeat if you want. In order to tighten up the sides and get rid of love handles, lye on your back again and put you legs together as if you were sitting on an invisible chair and then bring your knee up and touch it with your opposite elbow and your fingertips just touching the sides of your neck, do this back and forward to you cant take it anymore. The normal crunches will work out the outside muscles. The first evercise will make the muscle that sucks your stomach in stronger making your stomach flat,and the other two will give you your definition. Also, pilates is really good for getting your body beutifully toned, you can always take a class or buy a video to help you out. Hope this helps! ]
