I strongly caution you against throwing up. It trashes a lot of your body's nutrients and chance to be healthy. You are 15, for Pete's sake. You have a lot of growing to do... Just make sure that you are healthy by getting exercise, sleeping, and eating right. When your body is healthy you feel better about yourself. Good luck! I hope it all works out. I think that it's really pathetic how you would even think about doing that. You need to accept your body for what it is. If you don't like it, change it in a HEALTHY way. Eat healthy, exercise, drink plenty of water and you'll achive your goals. Since you play sports you probablly gain a lot of muscle so it's not even fat. Bulimia is a very serious thing and it can cause major consiquences. Think about what you want before you do anything. Continue running, also try cardio, side crunches. Go to seventeen.com and you can look up some exercises there. Good luck.

is the magic key to success.
oh and if you want to tone your legs
try pilates, & yoga works real good.

ps: don't be bullimic,
it rottens your teeth & it doesn't make
you any skinnier, it makes you fatter
because the next time you eat, your body
doesnt think that you're going to feed it
again so it stores all that as fat & then
yeah, so don't, trust me on this one :D [ xhoneylee's advice column | Ask xhoneylee A Question ]
