I'm really self concious about my butt. Now that it's summer I feel kinda gross wearing shorts. I swear, my calves (sp?) at absolutely solid, then my quads are eh, pretty musuclar, and then as i get between my legs it's fat and below my butt and my butt. Are there any exercising to tighten up these areas? (Amounts of sets, reps would be great, too!) I already am doing cardio (running daily, skipping a day or two a week)

wildhorsetrainer answered Wednesday June 6 2007, 9:48 pm: if you have or horse and go riding with other people (and run/walk your horse at least 3-10 miles every other day), i'm positive it will get you back in shape. i usually lose like 5 lbs or so. that actually gets me back in shape quicker than anything else i could do. believe me, if you want a tiny butt, i'd say go for it!! it might take you a little while to get used to it, and you might be a little sore for a couple of days, but once your body gets the hang of it, you wont believe the results!!
