i am addcited to food...it is like drug problem bu with food...the second my family leaves the house i binge...i spend hours while they are around thinking of what i can get next...then i feel guilty... but i dont know how to stop my cravings (link)
hey, im right there with you. Sometimes i'll just tell myself to just QUIT, even if it kills me. Just test yourself, and see if you can overcome it. Also, if you exercise, even just a tiny bit, it makes you want to crave HEALTHIER foods insead of junk food. I try to count my calories sometimes and that helps....thier are a LOT of different tricks out there, but if you run into some problems and can't quit, i'd advise you to contact your carpractor or doctor. Hey, and don't be ashamed or scared to do it. There are a LOT of people out there who didn't and wish they would've earlier. ...also you mentioned something about wondering around the house craving for stuff, if i were you i'd probly find stuff to do---like positive things----oh, like making the house sparkly clean, etc. Yeah, you might be slightly hungry once your done, but you'll feel like eating sensible foods instead of a bag of chips, cookies, etc. Hope that helps!

what are some thigs i could do to have me stand out bfrom everyone else...in a positive way? (link)
have a beautiful, sunshine smile on your face---that usually really attracts

What type of things to guys like in girls?
turn offs and ons? i know everyones answer will be different. kay thanks. :] (im not sure if this is the right category. so sorry.) (link)
[sorry that i'm not a guy]....but i read somewhere: that if you're just YOU, and don't try to act like someone else; don't FLIRT around with a lot of different guys, because they notice that, and their afraid that if they start going out with you that you'll be flirting around with other guys while you'll still be going out with him. i don't know if that helps you any, but that's usually what i try to remember when i see a handsome guy around. (just smile a nice, friendly smile, instead of a "fluttering of eyes, etc";)laugh-out-loud!

to start off the year i had SO many friends.
i considered my self 'popular.' now it's the
end of the year & i have no friends. i dont
wanna spend the summer with noone to do stuff
with. all of my friends are friends with other
people and are always busy. theres 2 more weeks
of school & i wanna get most of my friends back.
i feel like giving up. random people are taking
my friends & buddying up with them. i ask them
to hang out but i always make plans too late.
should i sit with my semi-biffs at lunch? cuz
they have new friends but still talk to me..

i have so many ex- friends that have moved on but i need some friendss. help (link)
yeah, i have been there done that. The problem is probably you. Work with THEIR schedule, and they'll probably work with yours. It's hard to say, but maybe it has something to do with the way you handle yourself, i know for me it's my talkative mouth, that really gets old to some people. ..and sometimes i need to just SHUT UP! laught-out-loud but, yah, even if you talk and act to them in a very friendly manner, you might get PRETTY good results!! =)

I'm really self concious about my butt. Now that it's summer I feel kinda gross wearing shorts. I swear, my calves (sp?) at absolutely solid, then my quads are eh, pretty musuclar, and then as i get between my legs it's fat and below my butt and my butt. Are there any exercising to tighten up these areas? (Amounts of sets, reps would be great, too!) I already am doing cardio (running daily, skipping a day or two a week) (link)
if you have or horse and go riding with other people (and run/walk your horse at least 3-10 miles every other day), i'm positive it will get you back in shape. i usually lose like 5 lbs or so. that actually gets me back in shape quicker than anything else i could do. believe me, if you want a tiny butt, i'd say go for it!! it might take you a little while to get used to it, and you might be a little sore for a couple of days, but once your body gets the hang of it, you wont believe the results!!
