with as strict as his parents and that tradition are, there really is no point in pursuing him. its probably the last thing you want to hear, but theres nearly no chance of his parents changing their decision, and you would most likely end up heart broken if you let yourself get too attatched to this guy. smart of you to guard your heart and think with your brain =]

you my not get very wet if there's not enough foreplay, so make sure you do that and if you still dont get wet, it could be from not drinking enough water. so, drink 64 oz. or more of water daily and make sure there's enough foreplay, and you should be fine!


I`m generally a good distance runner, except I went to the doctor a couple of months ago & they told me I had exercise induced asthma. The doctor also said that if you get in really good shape (runng alot, etc), it`ll eventually go away. I can`t just randomly go outside & run three miles or I`ll have another asthma attack, so I need a good routine that`ll help me work up to it. I`m doing cross country starting in two months, so any tips on how to prepare/train for it? (link)
if you're starting in two months, thats a really good amount of time. so, try to be up to running 4 miles the whole way when you start cross country. but do NOT push yourself past your limits, but in sure you know that. so, start off running 1 mile 5-7 days a week for two weeks, then go up to 2 miles a day for two weeks, until you are up to 4 miles a day and in great shape! dont rush it, you do need to take your time before you go up to longer running. hills are also good. try to also decrease the amount of time it takes you to run the certain length you are doing. good luck!


Okay, so I'm only 18(girl) and i am pretty sure i have hemorrhoids. But I'm way to nervous to go to a doctor about it. In every help site iv seen they tell you that constipation is the fault for these buggers...now when your in pain, and have to go number two, what is the best way without screaming in pain from going to the bathroom.

you do need to go to a doctor, they will give you prescription suppositories that will make the hemorrhoids go down. and you need to do all you can to keep from being constipated(water, fruit, veggies, etc.)


okay so i'm not going to deny that i have really small boobs for my age. im 16 and im a 32A but i wear push up bras and im fine with that and whatever.

the problem is, when there's nothing there, a pushup bra gives you NO cleavage whatsoever. my sister, however, doesn't even need a push up bra and she has pretty good cleavage.

theres nothing to make you get bigger boobs, other than getting fat and thats no good. but you can think of the positives. i have pretty small boobs too. you wont get back problems from the weight on your chest, your boobs wont bother you when you work out, you dont have to worry about them fitting into a tshirt, and they wont get saggy as easily when ur older.

okay so when i shave 'down there' all the hair doesn't come off, like it'll have black dots which are where i shaved. even if it feels smooth its like you can still see the hairs. is that normal? and how do i get it so that all the hair is off and the skin down there is just bare? (link)
after you shave, use nair or veet(whichever you prefer) or something of the sort. to get rid of the hair completely. it will get rid of the hair down to the folicle. therefore, you wont see the black dots

I have hit this really bad plateau with my weight loss (5'2" and 155 lbs) and i've been this weight (and fluctuating about 5 pounds near it) for about 2 months now. And my diet and exercise habits have remained the same.


I was having 1200 cals a day, then i recently took it up to 1400, then 1600, but i keep screwing up.

I feel so deprived of food that I actually like (ice cream, pizza, fries, cookies, candy, etc.) that I completely binge on it whenever I have the opportunity.


I would like to know what you thin people do to stay in shape/thin (or is it just your fast-as-hell metabolisms?)


and is it okay to pretty much throw your diet out the window from friday night-sunday night? (i need some time to have my junk food)

you could consider me "thin". im 5'9 and 135lbs.
personally, i think its a bit of a struggle for me to maintain my weight. so, i watch my calories(1000-1300 a day) and lately ive been jogging 3 miles a few times a week, but jogging just a mile would be fine and do some toning. i eat most of the "bad foods", but when i do, i just make sure i dont go over my calories. do not screw up on the weekend, that can ruin your whole week of hard work. if you have been working out and your weight isnt changing, you need to change your routine and do a different type of workout or do a more intene version of what you have been doing. vegetables, fruit, and lean protein contain certain vitamins and nutrients that control your weight, so keep that in mind. workout at least 30-60 minutes 3-7 days a week. good luck!


I woke up with a sore throat on monday morning, and i figured it was from sleeping with my mouth open or something, but as it got later i couldnt even swallow by 11 at night. I woke up that morning crying because my ears were throbing and my throat and glands were so swollen. I went to the doctors and they put me on zithromax or something but its not hellping after 2 days, I almost have to brace myself when i swallow. My glands are so swollen my neck looks bigger than normal, and i have a fever. I have no appetitte. I have no idea what is wrong with me but i have been non stop crying nothing is helping me. (link)
i had strep a few weeks ago & that sounds exactly like it. did your doctor test you for strep? if you dont feel better, and you've been on the medicine, you definately need to call your doctor and tell them that you still dont feel any better and the prescription hasnt helped

you need to incorporate more cardio to burn the fat. dieting too. and keep doing the crunches, but try more to build muscle, which burns fat

i dont wanna intimidate you, but yes. it is very hard. long hours. hard work. you have to put your everything into it. personally, every day i had practice for 3 hours straight, then gymnastics for one hour. and i hardly had time for homework, so i would stay up all night many times. just work as hard as you can, and look towards when the season is over and all you have accomplished. good luck!

both! you need cardio to burn fat, but building muscvle will burn more calories. the more muscle you have, the more calories you burn. so try to combine them both into your routine. like weight training one day then cardio the next. however you prefer. and you dont have to work out every day. 3 times a week is enough


I have this bump up near one of the folds.. right above my tragus. It feels really huge. It hurt the first day I got it. I checked my other ear, and I have a smaller bump near the antihelical fold.

What can I do to make it go away? I kinda don't want to leave it alone, especially the big one because my ear feels slightly swollen.

peroxide works good, alcohol, or clearasil cream to leave on it. you could also just try washing that part of your ears with facewash like while ur in the shower. good luck! =]

I would love to become a model. Its always been my dream, but i dont know where to start.

i love all of it. Runway, catalogue, anything.

I need to stay proper (im religious) but i dont think that would be an issue for a 13 year old

But no swimsuits or anything

How would i go about getting prepared to do this? How old/tall do i need to be to begin modeling? What to i need to begin going on go-sees to agencys? How should i act once im there? Do i need a portfolio or anything?

How about posture?

Im basically clue-less, so any information would help!

I watch americas next top model, but they are older.

Do you suggest going to barbizon?

you're still quite short for the modeling agency, but you are thin so ur on the right track! it would probably better if you wait a few years so you will be taller. 5'7" is acceptable for some agencies, but still short for a model. if you want to do it big time like supermodel, you have to be 5'9 1/2" to go overseas.
